We use door-to-door courier services that ship to South African Addresses only. Our courier partners include, but are not limited to, Fastway Couriers, PEP Delivery services known as PAXI. We offer free delivery at our pickup points to customers in Durban - The Workshop and Pinetown - Pinecrest Mall.
Please include your correct street postal code when checking out to get an accurate shipping quote and to ensure that your parcel is delivered to the correct address. If you are not sure what your street postal code is, please check it here here.
If the shipping address cannot be found before dispatch, we will notify you so that you can provide an alternative - easy to find - shipping address. If the incorrect address is given, you will be liable for any additional shipping and ancillary costs incurred in order to get the product to you.

Delivery fees are generally between R60.00-R120.00 depending on the parcel size, weight and your location.
Rural Queen may, in extreme cases, cancel orders to certain outlying/rural areas that the couriers do not deliver to regularly. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
Delivery to Main Centres usually take 3 - 7 working days. Delivery to outlying Regional Areas can take up to 10 working days. Main Centre and Regional Area street postal codes are listed below. In order to track your parcel, you simply need to insert your order number or tracking number on our parcel tracking page and you will get an update on the status of your order.
Rural Queen will not be liable for any delays out of its control and will try its utmost best to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time.
